Job Description

Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. Plans concept by studying information and materials. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. A Sales Executive prepares for success by researching market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. They develop a sales strategy by analyzing data and materials, identifying key target audiences, and creating tailored pitches. They illustrate this strategy by crafting compelling presentations, refining messaging, and customizing offerings based on client preferences, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibities

  • Developing and executing sales strategies across multiple channels including direct sales, email marketing, and social media outreach.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted pitches and presentations that align with the client’s goals and brand identity.

  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demos to potential clients.

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.

  • Continuously researching industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.

  • Engaging in regular follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Learning and adapting to new sales techniques, tools, and platforms to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences and successful sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

  • A background in sales, business development, or account management.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; you know how to close deals.

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Ideally, candidates with a positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
